DAY 1: ARRIVE PARO AND DRIVE TO THIMPHU VALLEY Upon arrival at Paro International Airport you will be welcomed by our representative. Explore the beautiful Thimphu valley. Circle the National Memorial Chorten with locals. Make your own traditional paper at Jungshi Paper Factory. Visit Tashi Chhoe Dzong known as the “Fortress of the Glorious Religion”. Leisure in Town. DAY 2: THIMPHU VALLEY Breakfast at hotel and visit more exciting sites in Thimphu today . Short hike to Wangditse and capture the admirable view of Thimphu Valley. Interact with the cheerful nuns at the Zilukha Nunnery. Experience wearing Bhutanese Dress then drive up to the huge Buddha Dordenma. Leisure in Town. DAY 3: PUNAKHA VALLEY Early breakfast at hotel and drive towards Punakha Valley. Stop at Dochula Pass to capture a stunning 360 degree panoramic view of the Himalayan mountain ranges. Enjoy a hike to Chimi Lhakhang, a temple dedicated to the ‘Divine Madman’. Walk along the longest Suspension bridge and cross the Pho Chu River. Leisure at Punakha Town. DAY 4: PUNAKHA TO PARO VALLEY Early drive towards north of Punakha Valley along the fresh crystal clear Mochu River. Relish a picnic breakfast at the Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten and enjoy the bird eye view of the fertile Punakha Valley. Return to beautiful Paro Valley. Check-in to Hotel. Leisure at Paro Town. DAY 4: PARO VALLEY—TAKTSANG MONASTERY Hike to the iconic Tiger’s Nest or Taktsang Monsatery. Play Archery the Bhutan National Sport. Leisure in Town and experience your dinner added with Bhutanese dishes. DAY 6: PARO – FLY TO YOUR NEXT DESTINATION You will be chauffeured to Paro International Airport and see off by our representative for your next destination and wishing you to see you again in the Land of Happiness.

Located below the main town, near the Wang Chhu River, Thimphu’s weekend market is by far the largest domestic market for the farmers in Bhutan. Farmers come from all over the country to sell their farm products in the market. With its wide assortment of fresh and organic produce, the Farmer’s Market has become a favourite spot for tourists and a recreational place for people from all walks of life. Across a cantilever footbridge, Kuendeyling Bazaam, to the west bank is a collection of stalls selling clothing, textiles and handicrafts.
From the dusk till the dawn, farmers works with dedication in his farm land filled with arrays of vegetable varieties. In Bhutan main source of income for farmers are from field produce like potato, cardamom, orange, apple and green vegetables ready to market. Farmer has to survive with whatever is grown from his land. And today, he has bright face since government has been supporting our farmers in various ways.
Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital, occupies a valley in the country’s western interior. In addition to being the government seat, the city is known for its Buddhist sites. The massive Tashichho Dzong is a fortified monastery and government palace with gold-leaf roofs. The Memorial Chorten, a whitewashed structure with a gold spire, is a revered Buddhist shrine dedicated to Bhutan’s third king, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck. People here are humble and hardworking.
